OFICIÁLNÍ VYJÁDŘENÍ KLUBU
Klub důrazně odmítá tvrzení, že nereagoval na poslední „nabídku“ města. To je naprosto nepravdivé.
Dne 8. května 2026 klub okamžitě reagoval na podmínky navržené „nabídky“ (viz přiložená odpověď) a jasně ponechal prostor pro další rozumná a konstruktivní jednání, která by mohla zajistit stabilní a úspěšnou budoucnost profesionálního fotbalu, akademie i rozvoje mladých sportovců v Jihočeském kraji.
Bohužel místo seriózního jednání mezi partnery byla veřejnosti předložena jednostranná mediálně propagovaná „nabídka“, kterou by žádný seriózní soukromý vlastník profesionálního fotbalového klubu nemohl rozumně přijmout. Zveřejňování interních jednání na sociálních sítích a současné obviňování druhé strany z neochoty spolupracovat není ani profesionální, ani odpovědné.
Od samého začátku tohoto procesu jsme svědky lží, zneužívání situace, politického tlaku, mediálních kampaní, vydírání a pokusů vytvořit falešný obraz klubu i jeho vlastnické struktury. Místo ochrany jednoho z největších sportovních symbolů Jihočeského kraje se někteří političtí představitelé zjevně více soustředí na vlastní politický marketing a veřejný obraz, což považujeme za velmi špatné vedení.
Tato situace je mnohem větší než politické ambice a osobní zájmy. Nikdo nebere v úvahu více než 400 dětí a jejich rodiny v akademii, více než 40 zaměstnanců a trenérů, jejichž rodiny jsou závislé na příjmech z akademie a klubu, ani hráče, kteří mají platné smlouvy a nyní čelí nejistotě a destabilizaci celého prostředí klubu i akademie.
V této situaci je potřeba otevřeně říct následující:
Přichází chvíle, kdy osobní ambice musí ustoupit vyššímu zájmu lidí.
Skuteční lídři chrání instituce, tradice, historii, mladé sportovce, rodiny, kariéry trenérů a budoucnost sportu ve svém městě.
Neničí je kvůli politickým zájmům. Vedení je především o oběti a schopnosti dělat správné věci.
Smlouva o stadionu SK Dynamo České Budějovice byla městem vypovězena bez jakéhokoliv platného a rozumného důvodu. Šlo o promyšlený a cílený krok s cílem destabilizovat a poškodit klub i akademii jihočeského regionu.
Po vypovězení smlouvy se Petr Maroš a Viktor Lavička snaží veřejně prezentovat „urgentní obavy“ ohledně licenčního procesu FAČR pro účast klubu v profesionálním fotbale v sezoně 2026/2027. Zároveň přicházejí s vyděračskými a zneužívajícími požadavky, které jsou patrné v jejich návrhu „nabídky“.
SK Dynamo České Budějovice bylo od prvního dne otevřeno dialogu. Dialog však nemůže být založen na nátlaku, veřejné manipulaci a nepřijatelných podmínkách, které jsou prezentovány jako „win-win“ řešení, zatímco druhá strana má přijít o svou základní stabilitu, vlastnictví a práva.
Pokud profesionální fotbal, akademie a rozvoj mládeže v Českých Budějovicích utrpí kvůli těmto krokům trvalé škody, odpovědnost ponese výhradně město a krajské autority, které zvolily konflikt místo spolupráce. To není dobré vedení.
Ponesou také odpovědnost za poškození image a reputace FAČR, která dopustila, aby historický a významný fotbalový klub padl pod politickým vlivem a tlakem.
Taková situace zároveň vysílá velmi negativní signál budoucím soukromým investorům zvažujícím investice do českého fotbalu, protože vytváří dojem, že politický vliv a nestabilita mají větší sílu než dlouhodobý sportovní a obchodní rozvoj.
Je obzvlášť pokrytecké veřejně tvrdit, že „Dynamo patří na Střelecký ostrov“, a zároveň rušit nebo odmítat klíčové dohody, které přímo ovlivňují přežití profesionálního fotbalu ve městě.
Tato situace je větší než jakýkoliv jednotlivec a v tuto chvíli musí mít klid, stabilita jihočeského fotbalu a jeho akademie přednost před jakýmkoliv osobním zájmem.
Navzdory všemu klub zůstává připraven k seriózním a konstruktivním jednáním, avšak pouze za podmínek vzájemného respektu, profesionality a skutečné snahy chránit budoucnost SK Dynamo České Budějovice.
——ENGOFFICIAL CLUB STATEMENT
Last night, representatives of the city, Petr Maroš and Viktor Lavička, once again published a series of false and manipulative claims on their Facebook profiles regarding the situation surrounding SK Dynamo České Budějovice.
The club strongly rejects the claims that it did not respond to the city’s latest “offer”. This is absolutely untrue.
On May 8, 2026, the club immediately responded to the conditions of the proposed “offer” (see attached response) and clearly left room for further reasonable and constructive negotiations that could secure a stable and successful future for professional football, the academy, and the development of young athletes in the South Bohemian region.
Unfortunately, instead of serious negotiations between partners, the public was presented with a one-sided, media-promoted “offer” that no serious private owner of a professional football club could reasonably accept. Publishing internal negotiations on social media while simultaneously accusing the other side of unwillingness to cooperate is neither professional nor responsible.
From the very beginning of this process, we have witnessed lies, exploitation of the situation, political pressure, media campaigns, extortion, and attempts to create a false image of the club and its ownership structure. Instead of protecting one of the biggest sporting symbols of the South Bohemian region, certain political representatives are clearly more focused on their own political marketing and public image, which we consider to be very poor leadership.
This situation is far bigger than political ambitions and personal interests. No consideration is being given to the more than 400 children and their families within the academy, the more than 40 employees and coaches whose families depend on income from the academy and the club, or the players with valid contracts who are now facing uncertainty and instability throughout the club and academy environment.
In this situation, it is necessary to openly state the following:
There comes a time when personal ambition must give way to the greater good of the people.
Real leaders protect institutions, traditions, history, young athletes, families, coaching careers, and the future of sport in their city.
They do not destroy them for political interests. Leadership is ultimately about sacrifice and the ability to do what is right.
The stadium agreement of SK Dynamo České Budějovice was terminated by the city without any valid or reasonable justification. This was a calculated and deliberate step intended to destabilize and damage both the club and the academy of the South Bohemian region.
Following the termination of the agreement, Petr Maroš and Viktor Lavička have attempted to publicly present “urgent concerns” regarding the FAČR licensing process for the club’s participation in professional football during the 2026/2027 season. At the same time, they continue to make exploitative and coercive demands, as clearly demonstrated in their proposed “offer”.
SK Dynamo České Budějovice has been open to dialogue from day one. However, dialogue cannot be based on pressure, public manipulation, and unacceptable conditions presented as a “win-win” solution while the other side is expected to give up its fundamental stability, ownership, and rights.
If professional football, the academy, and youth development in České Budějovice suffer permanent damage because of these actions, the responsibility will lie solely with the city and regional authorities who chose conflict over cooperation. This is not leadership.
They will also bear responsibility for the damage caused to the image and reputation of the FAČR, which allowed a historic and significant football club to collapse under political influence and pressure.
Such a situation also sends a highly negative message to future private investors considering investments in Czech football, as it creates the impression that political influence and instability are stronger than long-term sporting and business development.
It is especially hypocritical to publicly claim that “Dynamo belongs to Střelecký Island” while simultaneously cancelling or rejecting key agreements that directly affect the survival of professional football in the city.
This situation is bigger than any individual, and at this moment, peace and stability for South Bohemian football and its academy must take priority over any personal interest.
Despite everything, the club remains ready for serious and constructive negotiations, but only under conditions of mutual respect, professionalism, and a genuine desire to protect the future of SK Dynamo České Budějovice.
